The earliest version of DX4WIN on my computer is 7.04.04. It behaves just like 8.03 in the Special Keys mode as do 7.05, 7.06 and 7.07. Probably not many people are using this function. I, for one, never tried it before I read about Nodir's mention about it here. At least on my setup, two ticks on the DIT paddle stops the transmission.
