Is there a way to compare my LOTW confirmed matrix and the DX4WIN "listing" to see what QSL cards I need to pull to have checked by my local card checker? The DX4WIN listing does not differentiate between LOTW and Card received "confirmed". I think someone wrote a program to do this? Thanks.
