Glyn, I cannot tell from your request what problem you are trying to solve.
1. One user, multiple computers, multiple radios? _or_ 2. Multiple users, multiple computers, multiple radios? With scenario #2, in which multiple users could simultaneously attempt to update the log, there is a definite risk of data loss due to the last-update-wins characteristic of non-shared files. If you are looking for a networked multi-user logging program DX4Win is NOT your answer. -larry (K8UT) -----Original Message----- From: Glyn Sent: Thursday, July 12, 2012 2:22 PM To: dx4win@mailman.qth.net Subject: [Dx4win] dx4win networking Dear DX4Win friends, I thank you all for your very informative replies to my question.
