I have tested the Comtrol USB to Serial port on the following and they all work with no problems.
Yaesu FT1000MP Kenwood TS-2000X Alpha 87 Hy-Gain DCU-1 Kantronics KAM The installation was painless and they seem to work on any port I select. The one I used belongs to a friend of mine, N8SNM, and I just purchased one of my own for $128.69 to the door. I ordered mine from Matter of Fax and hope to have it soon as it sure will take care of all my serial problems. Hope this helps others. Best 73 & Happy Holidays
