I installed WinXP Home Edition over WinME and everything went fine but now my two serial com ports 1 & 3 are not working. Com 2 is the modem. I'm being told other programs may be using them. I use my Ten-Tec Pegasus on com 3 and my RASCAL interface on com 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
