George, et al: Yes and no - this is very strange: if I manually input the correct CQ and ITU (and prefix), the DXBase Summary window correctly shows Johnston Island, but the beam heading is for Wyoming. Also, Wyoming appears in the "state" column! Normally, when you manually change the prefix, a popup screen asks whether you want to map the callsign to the (new) prefix. But, for some reason, this does not happen when you manually try to change the prefix of AH3D to KH3. Just for fun, I tried inputting a different prefix (KH2), and the popup screen appeared and asked if I wanted to map the callsign (AH3D) to KH2. I said no, of course, but I cannot figure out why DXBase won't allow a mapping to KH3.
A clue, perhaps, is that the RAC CD ROM shows OH2BH as the manager, with a post office box in Wyoming. But this ought not affect callsign mapping.
