This is a case where having the CD ROM on line is a determent because OH2BD has 
a US address for the callsign AH3D in Wyoming so with that information there, 
the software does what it is supposed to do and maps it to the address, and 
uses that info for the beam heading. As soon as I disabled the CD ROM lookup 
removed the QSOs and the address in the DXBase database, shut down and rebooted 
DXBase, and then reentered the QSOs and everything went according to plan.
