Unless I'm misreading the info on DXB2005 it looks like DXbase only
gives SP distances.  It gives both SP and LP bearings.  I think the
confusion is in seeing the distance in Kilometers beside Short Path and in
Miles beside Long Path.   My distances for SHORT PATH both in KM and MILES
using MiniProp agreed very closely with the two distances shown in DXbase.
The way it's layed out it is a little confusing but I hadn't even noticed it
since I was only concerned with the bearings.
     My SHORT PATH figures:  DXB 14679.4 KM - - - 9123.3 Mi.
                                                 MP    14683   KM - - -9124 
Mi.
     MP LONG PATH reads - - - - - -  25317 KM - - - 15732 Mi.
