ALWAYS send a self addressed envelope. Green stamps or an IRC is always better than a stamp affixed to the envelope since the envelope may arrive damaged due to water or the person sending the reply could make a mistake and need to rewrite the envelope (yes I have mixed up the envelopes when doing a bunch of replies, had to rip em open and readdress new envelopes.)
