Neal,
I have been using the "help" function in both my Win 8.1 64 bit and Win
7 32 bit computers with no problem. This morning I went to use the help
file on either computer and I get an error message "Failed to launch help".
Then the "Windows Help and Support screen comes up on either one.
Any idea?
