Larry and Neal, I checked my Win 764 bit and win 8 64 bit and win7 32 bit machnes -- and the F1 key brings up Windows Help - not the DXbase Help --
BUT, I can go to DXbase main menu HELP / Help Topics .. and by this method DXbase is fully opened all ok ...
