It has been more than six weeks since I tried to use G&SR's OmniPay
service for a wire transfer of $4800 to my E*Trade account. My
e-gold account was debited immediately (for $4800 worth of gold,
plus a $20 fee) but the funds never appeared in my E*Trade account,
and my subsequent email and phone messages have been ignored.

Yesterday I filed a detailed complaint with their local Better
Business Bureau. The BBB offers an arbitration service, though
since OmniPay ignores all communications, it is not clear that
such a service is relevant. Fortunately, the $4820 they owe me
is just under the small claims limit for Florida, and if things
are not quickly resolved, I will start legal action there next
week.

I have also been taking the story of my experience with OmniPay to
various relevant forums, and will continue to do so.
