Ding, ding, ding, ding!!!!  We have a winner!

There are two different user-agreement from two different corporate
entities. One company does non-repudiable electronic transactions of
stored value between user accounts. Another company does transactions
utilizing national currencies. If e-gold ltd. all of a sudden decided to
reverse transactions, without valid high court decree, then we would be up
in arms. However, G&SR/Omnipay is setup to allow for transactions to fall
through (i.e. inexchange orders without subsequent sufficient national
currency payment) or be put into escrow until a binding decision can be
made (i.e. a substantial outexchange order coming from a client giving
multiple conflicting statements including claims of a security breach).
