For $5 a transaction, up from $3.50. This includes a $195 account creation
fee and a $4/month fee. What is the currency purchase fee? At least, there
is no longer a annual fee on top of a monthly fee.

The card isn't linked directly to the account, is it? It is called a
stored value ATM card and can only hold $5,000. The Instant World account
has no account cap mentioned.

What is the difference?

So... e-gold is just an exchange company, and nobody uses them to make
payments to people in other parts of the globe.

Isn't that claim similar to saying - "We are a car company and not just an
automobile company."
