Hi Craig. I just think it's inevitable that some airline will figure this out, hire JP (or whoever) and totally automate electronic tickets. I don't have a specific airline yet, though, and I could be wrong on the Christmastime part -- since I also thought there'd be an e-gold for chess interface by now (the grams are still there for some programmer!).
