Jim - In regard to your Oregon client, it would be nice if you knew the whole story and if you like you can contact me off list.
This client ordered a card and we shipped the card to the address they provided. The shipment was signed for. We attempted numerous times to resolve any questions they have as we have ample proof of this. Also to point out this client failed to follow any protocol and guidelines for reported any problem with their order. They would claim to have called us and we received no calls. They would send emails, which could not be replied to. When asked to provide more info about their order and to confirm that the person who signed for the package did not work for them, we received no further response. And why would you attack our company or our clients Jim? We have plenty of happy clients worldwide and continue to gain new ones each week. You know since we started The Rating Report we have had plenty of response about Cambist but you don't see us trying to get nasty about your comapny do you? You people are unreal.
