Hi Patrick, That is not my job. Because the chargeback handling page is open end, the merchant can put anything in there that will help his case. My system will be only bare bones reversible spend facility. The bare minimum. The 'complaints/chargeback' page is in the merchants hands. He can implement this UPS interface there. He can even allow a third party to handle the problems. I simply provide the buyers with a "lock payment button" , and the merchant has to take care of the rest.
