yes : yours :-) ;-) => the newer eagle-usb.conf does not include OPTNxx, the older is renamed eagle-usb.no-CMV.conf (I hope it's more clear). Some more explanations : If we use CMV, then CMVep.txt (the link to CMVepFR04.txt for free dégroupé) is used and OPTNxx in /etc/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf are useless If we do not use CMV, then only OPTNxx values in /etc/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf are used, hence the name, suggested by blino (I had something else too long if I remember well). The advantage now is that I can add Free non dégroupé ADSL Max (FR11) that uses CMVepFR04.txt to avoid unnecessary duplication of file. I made the change for Italy / Spain and France that use their own CMV file. Other technical questions : - with Free dégroupage total I will benefit of ADSL2+ only with a Freebox, but has the Sagem Fast 800 E3 any chance to synchronize in ADSL1 mode ? Is there any negociation between modem & DSLAM ? - Did anyone tried to change OPTN 7 to lower the synchronization rate ? Which values did you use ? see http://faq.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=InfoCMVEn @++ Ben'. aka baud123 RTC 56K
