Ok, I understand your reasoning, but, there is our case: Our project began more than two years ago, and our managers bought Visual Cafe licenses. At this moment we have more that 500 forms, some of tham have more that 100 controls and tabs,.... the only case to get uniformity and allow using our private GUI components to use GUI editor. It is terrible to layout all components manually!!!
I don't need GUI editor with elaborated support of various Layout Managers, I only need to layout my components, set them x and y and length and size.... Of cource, we use now not Visual Cafe, but unfortantly every existing GUI editor is bound with generated code, and we still should start Visual Cafe than go to lunch that wait some time when it will started and after all see the incorrect address error.... :( Sergey Lavrenkin.
