Wrong. With a better framework you would have much better uniformity and can use private (do you mean in it the manner of "custom") GUI components. -10! Don't spend any time on a gui editor, it's wasted time, because the code often looks terrible, is hard to maintain and does not allow to change the ui fast if you need it.
