Can you describe what you are doing and what is happening in more detail?
Are you challenged for a user and password?
Does CA connect but not display a signon screen? Is the cursor
visible on the screen?
Are you seeing any QSYSOPR messages when you the attempt to connect is
happening?
Are you using an existing CA session configuration or creating a new one?
Is the system setup to auto-config virtual devices?
