I will explain my problem again, I used CA terminal emulation connection, there was no problem.
for last one week, I could not connect. I have analysed and narrowed source of problem but I could not solve. when I connect operations navigator. I saw, myas400/servers/iseriesaccess/central server has stopped. I can not start again, there is error 8470 port in CA trace report. (used by as central service) do u have any suggestions. regards.
