The content of the actions menu is contextual, so it varies a bit:
* theme actions (when working on a theme):
- manage presets (i.e. the theme's presets)
- manage styles (i.e. the theme's styles)
- save
- restore (i.e. revert to last saved version)
- export/download (XML)
- optimize (opens an optimization screen to clean up styles, ...)
- delete (if the theme can be deleted)
- close (remove the theme from the UI only)
* theme manager actions:
- create new theme
* Global presets (preset bank)
- create new preset
