Hi Ecologgers,

I'm teaching a field course in Aquatic Entomology this summer at the Lake Itasca Field Station (University of Minnesota). Please feel free to forward to any interested Undergrad or Graduate students.

Thanks!

Aquatic Entomology Summer Course at the University of Minnesota, Lake Itasca Biological Station (June 2009)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Come spend June in Minnesota's oldest state park at the headwaters of
the Mississippi! The dragonflies are diverse and spectacular! The
toebiters are giant! Earn university credit while standing in the
marshes, blacklighting for caddisflies, and canoeing to sampling sites!

Classes meet twice a week for the entire day. Class time is spent as an
active mix of lecture, field collections all over Lake Itasca State
Park, lab time for processing of samples, and serendipitous excursions
and lessons with other courses and instructors. Students live in cabins
at the field station. It is an excellent summer experience!
