Thanks Kris. Interestingly, I don't see a trademark on our latest corporate brand: "A Place of Mind". Perhaps somebody figured out it is such a dorky slogan that nobody would bother to steal the phrase....
Seriously, and I say this having worked through the massive neoliberalization of Aotearoa/New Zealand universities in the late 90's, this is quite amazing how universities are starting to trademark all sorts of phrases in an attempt to ensure their form/means of representing differentiation in the market is protected.
