>We need to bring the rath of public opinion down upon the builders and
>buyers of McMansions, as was recommended by author Brian Czech, in his
>book "Shoveling Fuel for a Runaway Train." They are natural resource
>liquidators. They are using more than their share and their lifestyle is
>not sustainable, nor is it extendable to the majority of the world's
>citizens. Their wealth is almost certain to involve the exploitation of
>impoverished people struggling to survive in developing nations. They are
>hastening the depletion of nonrenewable resources and accelerating the
>harvest of wood, our only renewable building material. Better that they
>spend their wealth on organic produce, renewable energy, innovative
>alternative fuel transportation and charity.

You are preaching to the choir. The congregation cares not. Look at how
many people disagree with my negative Amazon review of Susan Suzanka's
book, "The Not So Big House," the only review I have written that such a
high percentage of readers disagree with.
