I had this same problem with the GUI. What worked for me was to go into the ecos tree root in a bash shell and run the configtool from there, with an & at the end of the line, instead of using a Windows shortcut. BTW, Windows IE warns that this page has a security certificate issued by a different domain. -- Ciao, Paul D.
