I agree with Chris. If you have a background in programming or have access
to even a moderately web-savvy programmer with an hour to spare then you can
have it done. I've programmed some applications for this type of automated
web retrieval situations. Mainly for stock, maps, schedules, etc. with
Visual BASIC, Foxpro and C++ but you should be able to do it with almost any
kind of programming environment with either internal 'internet functions' or
ability to extend it with those functions.

The main problem I've had with these applications is the changing of the
underlying process of how the server lets you download the information.
Website developers LOVE to change things around. Cosmetic changes are not a
problem but the access to the data (either just a file download or a
connection to a CGI / COM application on the server which initiates the data
retrieval) changing makes a big difference and a possible rewrite of your
programming.  FTP is, usually, far more stable in this regard but can be
changed by your trading partner as well.
