The data received by Fax or letter is presumably re-keyed into the
application by these "almost small companies". By spending a lot more
on specialised XML software and using DTDs and XSL, that same information
can be displayed on a screen for re-keying?
Big deal!
What about sparing a realistic thought or two for the "almost small
companies" who would be even further down the drain with this
"improvement".
