I have to agree that the tone of posts to this list server could use some
improvement. The example given was relatively mild. Many posts, on the
other hand, are snide and downright rude. You should be able to make your
point without being snotty about it. I suspect there are many subscribers
to this list who hesitate to post a question or comment because they do not
want to be ridiculed. I would hope that is not the desired outcome.

With all due respect Mr. Levkov, I appreciate the candor that is continually
expressed on this list. When every e-bag of wind on the planet is
presenting dog and pony shows to your upper management, pulling out all the

You are confusing content and functionality with 'spin'. This is a
technician's mindset, and explains why you spend time giving useful
advice and information in this list rather than producing management
level visionary statements at a salary at least an order of magnitude
greater than that you currently enjoy.
