There is an undocumented "feature" - make a copy of the map (copy the files in
/wb/xlate/ to a new name, retain suffixes), then make a blank map for the document in
4010, and import the copies. Then open the map and tweak to fit - you'll have to be
particularly careful of missing segments and elements no longer supported or added
since the version change.
Harbinger/Peregrine has no utility to directly migrate version for maps. This has
worked pretty well for me in the past --

Does anyone know if there is a feature in Harbinger TLE (ver 4.14 on UNIX)
to upgrade the map from 3040 to 4010 version???
