Johanna, We have used Ultra Label on several projects. You can manually enter the data, use constant data or get data out of a database. It comes with many of the major retailers sample labels already ready to print. In the past we have taken the label template, which is designed for manually entered data, and modified it to read from a database. Importing data into the database tool is pretty painless.
