I have several clients with multiple partners using Sterling for mapping
services of this nature; and Sterling does its usual excellent job.

Yes, but to be honest, none of that experience has been positive. You'll
get no names from me, but I can tell you this includes that company located
in (and formerly named for) the capital of the Great State of Minnesota, and
another firm located in Ohio which prefixes "commerce" with "G" to make a
name which makes little or no sense to me. Neither IMO is in Sterling's
league when it comes to providing both mapping services AND ESPECIALLY
"quality interface with your "vendor trading partners."

.. which reminds me... if you do go the "outside services route", be sure
to ask prospective vendors if they are going to charge your vendor trading
partners some kind of "certification" or "testing" fee.... and if so, how
much. Be sure to share this info with your Director of Purchasing as I'm
sure he/she will appreciate the "heads up" about potential angry phone
calls from your company's valued vendors.
