We're using the Seeburger ftp adapter as an addon for our SAP PI installation. The standard SAP ftp adapter works just fine so its not a VAN problem. At this point I'm fairly sure its the Seeburger software that can't deal with the blanks their support actually said this might be it. Thanks.

When you say stuck in the VAN, do you mean you can see them in your mailbox or they never make it to your mailbox on the VAN. My guess is it is likely a setup issue and someone forgot to put the blanks in the sender or receiver id's somewhere along the line. Have you confirmed with your VAN's tech support that they are actually getting to the VAN?
