Vijay, You don't say that you asked your TP to see if they could see any activity on their end when you try to send. You also don't say if you asked your network guy to test the connection, trace packets, which I think you were also advised to do. Finally, have you opened a ticket or asked Sterling how to check the log? They are your vendor and if you have support, they should help you, since you've paid for that.

But still I am facing the same issue I spoke with my trading partner to send me the test 850 file in order to check is their connection rejecting us but we received the file with no issues. Regarding the firewall in our server it was all opened. i double checked with our network guy. Is there anyway I could check for the new log through GIS dashboard. Iam not that much familar to dashboard. Let me know if you need any more information to track.
