The "convertor" was not the problem.  The ERP choked.

And the response, at least mine, was because I perceived your response to be 
high handed and dismissive (and wrong).

Not quite sure why my post elicited this sort of response. <brag> 
Probably coloured by the fact that *our* converters typically process 
30Mb a minute, so JIT has never been a problem for us. </brag>
