As you'll note, these "case studies" are all on SPS Commerce's website and
involve using SPS Commerce.

Not exactly objective.

You don't mention why you've been asked to do this or what your experience is.
Does your company currently do EDI?  Do you have an ERP?  What is it?  What is
your industry?  Do you have many customers?  Many suppliers?  Are you talking
about doing customer or supplier EDI or both?

The best practice is to find someone who knows which questions (as above, but
many more) get the answers and then implement one of the suggested systems.

Although Eric chose to use his gmail address, he is an employee of SPS
Commerce, I'm sure he didn't mean to obscure that fact when he sent the email,
probably on the road on a sales call and sent it from his phone  Hi Eric!.
