In today's economic climate 'best practices' is usually just another way of saying what is the cheapest way to do this. Almost every industry has its peculiarities and quirks. I think it has already been mentioned but it would be helpful to know what industry you are in, how much time do you have to present and most importantly what level of the organization are you presenting to? If give your presentation and the audience looks like deer looking into the headlights of a car (i.e. bored) I would prepared to insert plan B to get the audience reconnected.
Good luck. Does anyone have any high-level documents like white papers or case studies that they can share? I would like to be able to pull some quotes and prehaps show examples of diagrams that others have created. I have already searched the archives using terms like 'best practices' and 'integration'. The postings returned were mostly job listings and resumes. Thanks [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ ...
