With all the mergers and acquisitions going on I am not sure about long term value. Look at the turmoil at HP that may spin off some or all of its PC/smart device business and that Oracle has suggested it may try a take over bid if HP dumps its hardware manufacturing. The AT&T acquisition of T-Mobile is not exciting the IT people in Seattle that work for T-Mobile. If the healthcare industry could have envisioned long term value in things like EDI there would not be the the government intervention we have now with HIPAA.

I surely hope you are wrong about that. True, I do see far more requests here - and especially on a programming forum of which I am a member - for the "fastest" or "least expensive" way to do something than I do for the "best" way.... but I'd like to believe - no, make that WANT to believe - that is just the inexperienced with little appreciation for long-term VALUE speaking.
