I've had several partners "upgrade" to 5010 and when I got done reviewing the 
changes it turned out there were actually none but the envelopes.  Sterling 
Integrator doesn't care a whit whether your map matches your envelope version 
so I just changed the envelopes to 5010 and left the map alone.
