Hi Carl, I think your seriously underestimating the whole setting up a VAN (costs, programming, data retention, availability, connectivity, service, support, redundancy, etc etc) besides the obviously that the big guys have a monopoly. They either make it impossible and or extremely difficult to establish new interconnects. I think someone spoke of this recently on the list. They know what they have, and for obvious reasons do not want to establish new relationships.
