My pet peeves are:

1. Not being notified by trading partner of a change in contact person and
contact point.
2. Being told by SAP implementing partners that they can no longer bundle
documents within a single envelope.
3. Tests that are edited files, not something run through partners EDI software.
4. The strongarming by a partner to subscribe to their new VAN and/or enabling
company.
5. Being told by partner to ignore the standards and to take the "dirty" data
as is.
6. Data Entry people who will not accept that they can't use *s in the data
they are entering.
7. XML maps that look like they were the product of 100 chimpanzees at
terminals.

I'm interested to get the opinions of this group on those things you
find to be most detrimental to EDI implementations. I've posted a survey
on eC-BP.com and hope you'll take a couple minutes to provide your
views.
