Not to say that it isn't "very old", but Gentran Server always had that interface on windows, with the "desk". I don't know if the product is still sold, but up until 3-4 years ago, we were on support and the latest version still looked like that. All I'm getting at is that if it is close to the version we have disc sets for, and they have their unlocking codes, I could get you some media copies. Find out exactly what version...
