Mike,

Can we configure bugzilla to allow viewing bugs and querying without
logging in? I think this is usually how things are setup for open
source projects.

For example, if a git commit has a link to bugzilla, then you should
be able to open the link and view the bug with being logged into
bugzilla.

Speaking of links to bugzilla. I hope the server url can be updated to
be bugs.tianocore.org. I'm not sure we should transition to bugzilla
until we have this set up.
