Dear Peter! Thank you for answering! Following is my quoting:

(If not, start over) Factors seems interpretable! As I labeled them - they are "competence", "person consideration" "representation", "decision centralization", "production orientation", "presence", "problem solving", and "delegation". As you said I would like to figure out how much the "mean" image respondents have of their project leader, "scores" on these factors. I have the feeling that the factor "competence" is at the top place :) I would like to calculate the mean value for each factor but I don't know how to do it since the factor scores SPSS gives out are standardized (their mean value is 0, with SD = 0) Any suggestion? I'm a little bit lost .. :) Gianluca . . ================================================================= Instructions for joining and leaving this list, remarks about the problem of INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES, and archives are available at: . http://jse.stat.ncsu.edu/ . =================================================================
