I am trying to make the argument that strutting one's stuff in the way
of Kay is counterproductive - even assuming one's goals are Kay's.

My starting premise is that I am typical. In a somewhat atypical way,
but typical nonetheless.

In matters of education my ear is attuned to those having "inclination
towards" kinds of ideas. It suggests to me a mature mind, with a
scientific bent, in some touch with the state-of-the-art.

Much confidence suggests pathology.

To my ear, as audience.

In the theater we call it "giving notes".
