Hi, Suddenly, our students are not able to enrol to any course,getting "504 Gateway Time-out, nginx/1.14.1"
Nor am I able to enrol them from the membership tab, getting "error in enrolling/unenrolling user(s)". We are using Gingko, and also have an android app. Through app, enrolment is giving "we could not enrol you in this course at this time". Any idea why is this happening? I have very limited knowledge on openEdx. Any help will be appreciated.
