I'm not familiar with that client. I've used Filezilla (M$) or GFTP (*nix) as a graphical scp client in the past. I know it's not an answer to your issue, but I've had good luck with these clients.
You might also look at sshfs. It's a way of mounting a remote directory over scp as though it were local to your system... pretty slick. Michael J.
