Request to Respond the Questionnaire on
e-Government Services Evaluation Project

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a request to answer the questionnaire on e-Government evaluation.
The questionnaire is designed to gauge the characteristic of users and its
relation with their perspectives in measuring the level of usability and
effectiveness of information quality and services provided on the
egovernment websites. Following is a brief introduction of the project.

Title of the Project: 
User-centric Evaluation of e-Government services in Developing Countries

Purposes:
1. Analyses characteristic of users and its relation with their perspectives in 
measuring the level of usability and effectiveness of information quality and 
services provided on the e- government websites.

2. Providing model of evaluation for e-government for developing countries

3. Evaluation of the benefit of e-Government for citizen in developing
countries

4. Exploring and Developing intelligent interfaces and tool to guide the
diversity of the user to search information and provide online services in the 
complex e-government websites.

5. Improving the usability, accessibility and the effectiveness of
e-government services for citizens

Methodology:
1. Conducting questionnaire and interview survey to the citizens around
different places in the developing countries

2. Statistical analysis of the samples to confirm our hypothesis. 

In order to carry out a research project which will benefit to realize good
government, clean government and to improve the quality of public services
