The questionnaire is designed to gauge the characteristic of users and its relation with their perspectives in measuring the level of usability and effectiveness of information quality and services provided on the egovernment websites. Following is a brief introduction of the project. Title of the Project: User-centric Evaluation of e-Government services in Developing Countries Purposes: 1.
